How We’ve Built a Working Band

Residencies
Long-term venue relationships create consistency, audience growth, and real testing ground for your music. Residencies allow bands to refine their set, build community, and generate predictable income.

Corporate & Private Events
Corporate events require professionalism, flexibility, and contractor mentality. These gigs often fund your creative work and expand your network beyond the music scene.

Weddings
High-energy, high-responsibility environments. Weddings demand preparation, set design, and customer service, but they can become a major financial pillar when handled properly.

Sports & Major Partnerships
From NHL partnerships to Stampede stages, larger platforms create visibility, but they also require operational precision and team cohesion.

Independent Venues & Community Spots
Local venues are where you build loyalty and long-term recognition. Supporting the scene matters, and those relationships often open unexpected doors.

Touring & Out-of-Town Shows
Strategic touring expands your draw and tests your systems. It’s not about chasing cities, it’s about expanding sustainably.

Recording & Studio Collaboration
Strong live bands still need strong recordings. Through Whiskey Jack Studios, we support artists in capturing their sound and preparing professional demos.

Booking Partnerships & Event Support
We’ve worked alongside venues, brands, and organizations to help design and execute events, not just play them. Understanding event logistics changes how you show up as a band.
Making a Band 101
Build the Band You Keep Talking About.
The Making a Band 101 mentorship is built for artists who want structure, clarity, and momentum. We review your music, your pricing, your venue strategy, your set design, your marketing, and your long-term plan — and we build it properly. Prices are reasonably set per session starting at $50. We are a for-artist collaboration, helping you sustain yourself and not be held to fees and managerial or industry overreach.
Sessions are hosted over Zoom and designed to be practical, direct, and immediately actionable. For local artists, we can attend shows, review performance, and provide in-person support where needed. We provide assistance with development, assets and systems to help sustain your projects – depending on the scope of your needs, additional charges may apply.
You don’t need hype. You need systems.

Whiskey Jack Studios is a boutique recording space designed for clarity, character, and performance. With a carefully curated collection of instruments, amps, gear, and modern production tools, the studio offers artists a focused environment to capture their sound properly.
Whether you’re recording a full band, building a demo, or refining a single, the goal is simple: honest recordings that translate live and stand the test of time.
